Minimums, samples, lead times and shipping — the essentials before you place an order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and customisation. For most items we start from 500 pieces per design, and we can combine sizes within an order. Share your requirement and we will confirm.
Can you make products to our exact size and GSM?
Yes. Size, thread count, GSM, fill weight, colour, stitching and packaging can all be customised to your specification.
Do you offer private labelling?
Yes — woven labels, care labels, inserts, polybags and printed cartons in your branding.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We share fabric swatches and pre-production samples for approval before bulk cutting begins.
Which shipping terms do you work on?
We quote on FOB and CIF terms, and handle all export documentation including LC paperwork, certificates of origin and bills of lading.
What is the typical lead time?
Usually 30–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customisation. Urgent programmes can be discussed.
